- Most orders throughout the year will ship direct by regular post (no tracking provided with this method) from our manufacturing facility "the little factory in the mountains". All orders over $ 150 USD will ship FREE worldwide. This can take 1 to 2 weeks depending on stock supplies. We find this method is the fastest as well as escaping most duty taxes which can be high. 16% duty tax is what is charged in the USA if picked up by customs. We notify all customer if any problems arise. We do have an option to ship sweaters by UPS Express Saver for an additional cost of $ 30 per sweater. Costly and not necessary.
- When we get closer to Christmas, we ship all sweaters to our distribution center in Katonah, NY "the little shop in the hills" by UPS Express for priority shipments within the USA. Tracking numbers will be provided to follow your beautiful purchase right to your door or that of a loved one waiting for St. Nic!
- Sizing
- Refer to our size & care page to decide what the best fit would be. We will be adding detailed sizing on most sweaters. If you don't see it, ask us and we'll get you the correct information. In general, our sizing fits close to standard sizing found at LL Bean & the GAP stores. If anything, our sweaters might be slightly smaller.
- Returns & Replacements
- Our sweaters are covered by a 100% Money-Back Guaranteed. You have the option to return for a full refund or exhange your purchase. Only items maked as final sale items are not returnable due to the low clearance pricing. Click here to see our returns and exhanges policy.
- Ordering & Canceling
- Ordering is easy online either as a registered user by signing in or a guest purchase. All purchases are safe utilizing the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. - Can I wash my sweater?
- Yes, hand wash in lukewarm water (86°F/30°C). Turn inside out. Use a mild washing detergent. Squeeze gently, do not wring. Rinse well. Dry on a flat surface, pull gently into shape if necessary. Do not dry in sunshine or in a tumble dryer. Can be pressed, using wool setting. This garment can be dry cleaned, but dry cleaning may change the brightness of the colors and the softness of the wool. Store knitted garments folded, not hanging. - Viewing Orders
- Login at any time to see the progress of your order. If we have a tracking number, it will be located in your account as well as being emailed to you when we ship. Direct post from Norway will not have a tracking number. Orders ship faster this way and usually will not be picked out by custom as a taxable import item. UPS Express and Priority Mail orders will have tracking numbers listed and emailed to you.
- Discount Codes
- When checking out, you will have the option to enter a discount code and applying it to your order.
- What about Customs?
- We mark international packages as containing the specific description of your order and state the cost of the item on the customs documentation. You may be responsible for local import taxes in your area. Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local Customs office for further information.Orders shipped direct from Norway in the soft pack rarely get picked up for duty tax.
