Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Contact us for all return authorizations on our contact page:
- Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- No refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (30) days under any circumstances.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a Return Authorization, please email us on our contact page. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue, and must be recovered in our warehouse within that time period.
- Once you have contacted us for a return, we will issue you a RA number and shipping instructions.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.
- We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
- Refused returns or exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Exchanged sweaters will be charged $ 25.00 per sweater to cover shipping charges ($ 35 for International).
- Specials and Sale items purchases are final.
